By registering, you confirm that you are at least 21 years of age. If an account is created by providing a false age, all transactions on that account will be cancelled and the balance will not be refunded.

Account Security

Deposits & Withdrawals
9abet handles transactions through mobile banking services that are widely available in Bangladesh. Currently supported payment methods are: bKash, Nagad, and Rocket (Rocket is Dutch-Bangla Bank's mobile wallet).
6.1 Deposit Terms
- Minimum deposit amount: ৳100 (for each method).
- Deposited funds are generally credited to the account instantly.
- The mobile number used at the time of deposit must be registered in your name.
- Deposits made through a third party or from someone else's mobile banking account are not accepted.
6.2 Withdrawal Terms
- Minimum withdrawal amount: ৳800.
- Withdrawal processing generally takes 15 minutes to 2 hours.
- The payment method used for withdrawal must be the same mobile banking account used at the time of deposit.
- The wagering requirement must be met before withdrawing any bonus-linked balance (see Section 7 for details).
- Withdrawals may be delayed if KYC verification has not been completed.
6.3 Transaction Rejection
9abet reserves the right to reject or suspend transactions in the following circumstances:
- If there are inconsistencies in the information provided
- If there is suspicion of potentially fraudulent activity
- If the account verification process is ongoing
- If a breach of terms and conditions is detected
Bonuses & Promotions
9abet offers various types of bonuses and promotional offers for both new and existing members. All bonuses are provided subject to these terms and the specific bonus terms attached to each offer.
7.1 Welcome Bonus
New members can receive up to a 150% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳15,000.
- Example 1: Deposit ৳1,000 and receive a ৳1,500 bonus, giving a total balance of ৳2,500.
- Example 2: Deposit ৳22,000 and receive the maximum bonus of ৳15,000, giving a total balance of ৳37,000.
7.2 Wagering Requirement
To withdraw funds earned from a bonus, you must wager 20 times the bonus amount. The wagering requirement is calculated on the bonus amount only, not on the combined total of the deposit and bonus.
Example: ৳1,500 bonus × 20 = ৳30,000 must be wagered before withdrawing the bonus funds.
7.3 General Bonus Rules
- Each bonus offer may be claimed only once per account.
- The time limit for meeting bonus conditions will be stated with each offer.
- The wagering contribution may vary for specific games or game categories — details will be provided in the terms of each offer.
- If any bonus is misused or obtained through fraudulent means, that bonus may be cancelled and the account may be closed.
- 9abet reserves the right to modify or cancel any bonus offer.
Fair Play & Game Policy
9abet operates on the principle of fair play at all times. All games offered on our platform are powered by reputable software providers and their outcomes are based on Random Number Generator (RNG) technology.
8.1 Game Outcomes
The outcome of every game is entirely independent and random. The result of a previous round does not affect the next round. If a game remains incomplete due to a technical issue with the game software or platform, the bet for that round will be returned to the user's wallet.
8.2 Bet Responsibility
Once confirmed, a bet cannot be changed or cancelled. Make sure of your selection before placing a bet. 9abet will not provide any compensation for bets placed due to the user's own error.
8.3 Sports Betting Rules
For sports betting, the outcome of a specific event will depend on the result announced by the relevant sports governing body. If a match is postponed or cancelled, action will be taken in accordance with the betting policy — bets are generally refunded or voided.
Prohibited Activities
The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 9abet platform, and engaging in any of them may result in the immediate closure of the account:
- Operating multiple accounts under the same person's name.
- Using another person's account or transferring an account to a third party.
- Bonus abuse — such as intentionally placing low-risk bets on specific games solely with the aim of withdrawing the bonus.
- Collusion or conspiring with other players to gain an unfair advantage.

Account Closure & Suspension
10.1 Closure by User

10.3 Closure or Suspension by 9abet
9abet reserves the right to suspend or permanently close a user's account without prior notice in the following circumstances:

- To comply with instructions from legal or regulatory authorities

Limitation of Liability
