Warning Signs of Problem Gambling
If any of the signs below appear, seek help immediately — it is a sign of courage, not weakness.
- Repeatedly placing larger bets to try to recover lost money — this is known as "chasing losses" and is the most dangerous warning sign.
- Feeling uncomfortable, irritable, or anxious without gaming, and feeling temporary relief only once gaming begins.
- Lying to family, friends, or at work about gaming, or hiding your activity.
- Spending money meant for essential expenses — such as food, rent, or medical costs — on gaming.
- Multiple failed attempts to stop gaming — no matter how many times you try, you cannot stop.
- Losing sleep, being unable to focus at work, or avoiding family due to gaming.
- Taking on debt or borrowing money from others to continue gaming.

Self-Exclusion: Strong Protection
When gaming feels like it is going beyond your control, self-exclusion is the most effective step. Activating this feature will completely close your 9abet account for a specified period.
During self-exclusion, you will not be able to place bets or make deposits. Promotional emails will also be paused. Reactivating your account before the period ends is not possible — this is a firm commitment.
Any withdrawable balance in your account during self-exclusion remains protected. When the period ends, you will need our support team's assistance to reactivate your account.

Simple Tips for Healthy Gaming
Set a budget before you start gaming and stick to it — do not go beyond the budget even if you lose.
Do not think of gaming as a source of income — it is entertainment, not an investment.
Set a time limit for each session — take regular breaks instead of gaming for hours on end.
Avoid gaming under the influence of alcohol or other substances — it makes sound decision-making difficult.
Being able to stop even after a big win is the true mark of a responsible gamer.
Spend time with family and friends and maintain other hobbies — gaming should not be your only form of entertainment.
